These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LaunchKit (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

LaunchKit turns product screenshots and a short outline into a narrated demo video and a social carousel. You are responsible for the screenshots, text, and other materials you upload (“Your Content”) and for ensuring you have the rights to use them.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes others’ rights;
upload unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing material;
attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
resell or redistribute the Service except as expressly permitted.

4. Your Content and generated output

You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transform it solely to provide the Service (including sending it to our AI and media providers to generate your outputs). You own the videos, carousels, and copy the Service generates for you, subject to the rights in any third-party materials you supplied.

5. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Plan limits (projects and launch assets per month) are shown on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not provide pro-rated refunds except where required by law.

6. AI-generated content

Outputs are generated by automated systems and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing outputs before publishing them. The Service is a tool, not a substitute for your own judgment.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
